JR Automation announced today that it has acquired Esys Automation. Based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Esys Automation is a leading full-service automation solutions provider with significant systems, controls and software engineering expertise. This is the fourth strategic acquisition for JR Automation in six months and further advances the company’s global growth initiatives.
JR Automation, a leading provider of intelligent automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions headquartered in Holland, Michigan, announced today that it has acquired Setpoint Systems and Setpoint, Inc. The Setpoint companies are based in Ogden, UT and create automation solutions for the e-commerce, amusement, and other industries. 

JR Automation's latest addition adds to the company’s Quality Drive location in Holland Township and includes 75,000-square-feet of production space and over 8,500-square-feet of additional office space.

JR Automation, a global leader in custom automation solutions, announced their intention to expand in Holland Charter Township, Michigan. JR Automation’s decision to expand operations in Holland and invest $5.6 million will create 250 new jobs in the area over the course of the project.
